When making an appointment, it is important to bring all the documentation you need to expedite any loan requests. Below is a printable form listing all the requested information.

See the tabs located at the bottom of the Excel Worksheet identified as Agricultural Financial Statement

We recommend doing the loan repayment schedule tab FIRST (tab on the bottom identified as “Loan Repay Schd”) as other schedules will ask for a loan balance and a principal payment that you will need to get from the repayment schedule.

Then complete the other tabs at the bottom:

  2. Schedule F
  3. Schedule G
  4. Schedules H I J K
  5. Schedules Z Y

Do the “Ag Financial Statemts” tab LAST, the schedules will complete 95% of that page.

There is a financial statement history tab — just ignore that tab and all other tabs to the right of it concerning cash flows and budgets.

Please complete the “Annual Cash Flow Projections” worksheet in addition to the Agricultural Financial Statement.
