An account for a larger business customer.

If the account maintains an average balance of $5,000.00 during the monthly statement cycle, the $10.00 maintenance fee is waived.

During the statement cycle, the first 200 items* are at no charge.  Any items* over 200 will incur a fee of $.10 per item.

* Items include any deposits and other credits, checks paid and other debits, Automated Clearing House(ACH), and Deposited Items.
